Human Resource Training and Labour Export Branch – Civil Engineering & Construction Corporation  No.8 (CIENCO8) was established under the license No.*9/LDTBXH-GP issued by the Vietnam Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs in ***8 .
