GMI� ALUMINA GRINDING MEDIA (Alumina Ball and Lining Brick ) are
pressed by automatic cool iso-static machine and fired at elevated
temperature,
With advantages of high density, regular shape, high milling
efficiency and competitive price prior to natural pebbles and
conventional grinding media, GMITM Alumina Ball and Lining Brick
have been approved to be one of the excellent grinding media for
ceramic bodies and glaze materials in tile industries and surface
polishing of the ceramic bearing applicant and surly the best
choice to replace the pebbles. Based on different applying fields,
we have developed the relevant grades and series, which meet the
customers� consideration on the use and cost control, and have
gained the good reputation from clients domestic and oversea.
1)*2% Al2O3 Series: with Density≥3.0g/cm3, pressed by automatic
cool iso-static machine and fired at ***0 oC, are
specialized in ceramic tile body milling, continuous ball milling
and efficiently improve the milling rate and lower down the
cost.
2)*5% Al2O3 Series: with Density≥3.*0 g/cm3, are specialized
in milling of white cement, super white tile body and glaze.
3)*0% Al2O3 Series: with Density≥3.*0 g/cm3, are suitable for glaze
grinding and continuous ball mill.
4)*2% Al2O3 Series: with Density≥3.*0 g/cm3 , the key series
of us, are suitable for all grinding processing and applied for
continuous ball mill.
Furthermore, we are providing *5% and *9% Al2O3 Series alumina ball
and cylinder, also wear resistant slice.
