Meat Steak Flattening Machine, is designed to flatten all types of
fresh or soft frozen meat products. Flattening aims in creating
uniform cooking times, shorter frying times, or preparing the
product for further processing such as coating and breading.
Flattening also can be used to enlarge the surface of the
product.
The product is placed on the feeding part of the lower conveyor and
it is guided through the belt system. Between the drive and return
shafts there are several pairs of pressure rollers which flatten
the product efficiently on the belts.
Scope of application
Meat, poultry, fish, potatoes, vegetable, cheese and various
product mixtures, Schnitzel, steaks, poultry, pieces of sirloin,
poultry legs, Gyros, cordon-bleu, meat balls, pieces of beef
without bones, also from pork, poultry, andyour product.
The equipment is applicable to all meat blocks with bone thickness
less than *0mm.
