To clean with air , the blowing cover lowers to touch bottle mouth , then the blowing pipe reaches to bottom of bottle to blow , meanwhile the draw pipe on it begins to draw all dust in bottle .Tablet counting machine has two heads , which improves production .This line has closed structure , with paper filling, pad stuffing lid-screwing controlled by pneumatic. All parts complex and difficult to adjust are all replaced by air cylinder with good stability .In fact , all these three equipments are controlled by PLC .It is a packing machine in accordance with the need of GMP.
