Arc Spray Equipment
◎The
applications
The arc spray equipment is
mainly applied to anticorrosive or wear resistant coatings, repair
or retread machine parts’ surface to increase its use
life.
Such machine can spray all
kinds of metal materials, such as: zinc, aluminum, copper, babbitt,
stainless steel, alloy wires etc.
◎The
characteristics of Arc spray systems
1. As the static memory
program is set inside, it’s very safety and easy to operate for
operator, and it’s very stable while working.
2. High spray efficiency,
excellent coating quality and low production cost.
3.The equipment has
one-button-control function. The remote control switch is set
outside the gun to facilitate direct controlling spray
process.
4. Power distribution system
with current leakage protection and zero sequence protection is
applied, which facilitates wiring for the equipment.
5. Power supply is combined
with control system, applicable for push, pull and push/pull type
arc spray guns.
6.Indicating lamp on panel
directly reflects operation program and equipment malfunction,
including the spray parameters.
7. Plug in type cabinet board,
simple switch, compact equipment structure, convenient
maintenance.
8. Copper rod is applied for
heavy current connection in power supply, further improving
equipment reliability
9. *0m long cable is the
standard length for spray gun, but it can be increase the length as
customer’s requirement.
