Used along with Ni-Cr and Ni-Si thermocouple. The are applied to measure, manifest and control the stove temperature and keep it at constant value automatically. There are two display modes �digital display and pointer display�and two kinds of running elements: alternative touch device and solid relay. The controller which consists of solid relay with digital display is more superior. The shell of temperature controller are produced with steel plates through punching and bending process. They are coted by static electric sprayer and acquire fine appearance and a firm painted film. Temperature meters, electric current meters and switches are installed in the front of controller. Inside the controller, there are installed alternative touch device or solid relay, screw stove wires and wiring terminals. This temperature control system possess the superiorities of sensitive control, reliable quality and simple operation. Work principle: the thermocouple will convert stove temperature into milli-volt and gives off signals after being gathered and amplified to control the average heating power effectively. So the inner temperature of stove can be kept at a constant.
