It facilitates deformation-free punching of tube and is even able to operate with tubes of lower quality with bigger production tolerances. It is possible to use this machine for punching with regular and also irregular pitch holes. The machine operates with extreme accuracy and quickness. The time for one hole and feed to next punching position is 1, 1 sec. The control of the whole technological process is in automated mode. The punching layout, deriving from the product drawings, is programmed directly on the control panel by the operating staff. A great advantage is the possibility of simple particular programs modification. The machine enables electronic check of inserted profiles length In the case of malfunction. The machine indicates error message of machine failure which appears directly on display of the control panel.
