This machine operated on touch panel human-machine interface automatically controlled by PLC. Servo system drive specially made belt send the card automatically and the parameter is adjustable which ensuring the card conveying fast and stable. Multiple three-shaft positioning control system drive high speed motor milling the cards. The parameter is adjustable which ensuring the milling pattern variable. Feature: 1. It incorporates card conveying, slot milling, slot cleaning, scrap collecting. 2. Belt conveying structure which ensuring card sending more faster and stable. 3. Double card conveying system enabling two cards milled at the same time which guarantee the high efficiency of the machine. 4. Professional milling clamping tool and accurate positioning enabling high precision of slot milling. 5. Rational up positioning structure enables the groove depth doesn&#**9;t effect by the thickness of the card. 6. High speed PLC program-controlled which ensures higher speed. 7. Automatic pause in case of error oberserved. 8. Groove depth testing function can be added as per customer request.
