Production description : Accumulators use incompressible fluid and a compressed gas, spring or raised mass to store potential energy. Accumulators are used in fluid power systems to store energy, absorb shock, and maintain system pressure. The compressibility of gas is utilized in hydro-pneumatic accumulator for storing fluids. Bladder accumulators are based on this principle, using nitrogen as the compressible medium. The bladder accumulator consists of a fluid section and a gas section with the bladder acting as a gas-proof screen. The fluid around bladder is connected with the hydraulic circuit, so that the bladder accumulator draws in fluid when pressure increases and the gas is compressed. When the pressure drops, the compressed gas expands and forces the stored fluid into the circuit technical parameter: max. working pressure: ***0 psi test pressure: ***0 psi working temperature: **0 to *0 oC normal capacities: 1/4 gal ~*5 gal accumulator shell material: SA **2 Gr.
