Wire rope winches RSHM are designed for operation as independent load-carrying mechanisms for work in closed areas or in open-air areas under a shelter. This modification is stationary. The electric power supply of this type of winch is mono-phase or three-phase from **0/**0 V *0 Hz electric network. The electric motorâs revolutions are reduced to revolutions of the drum by a three-stage planetary redactor. The precise making of gears and the oil bath in which they work, guarantee noiseless work and long lasting performance of a winch. The wire rope is reeled on the drum by a roller system. Winch RSVHL is designed for drawing out of motor vehicles on a horizontal and sloping road in emergency situations, in timber industry, for drawing out of tourist trails, yachts, in service stations, workshops, and other objects. The construction of winches is considered with the European requirements of safety, directives âMachinesâ and the operative standards. The drum of a winch is set in motion by a hydromotor through a two-stage planetary redactor. The precise making of gears and the oil bath in which they work, guarantees noiseless work and long lasting performance of a winch. The infinitely variable reeling of the wire rope on the drum is carried out by a guide roller unit that allows deviation of the load from the horizontal and vertical axis of the winch. The power supply of the hydromotor is carried out by the hydrostation of a vehicle or by an additionally incorporated hydrostation. Unreeling of the rope is carried out manually after switching off the connections between the drum and reductor by an electric device. The incorporated hydraulic stop of the load protects the winch from overloading and unwanted breakdowns. The hydraulic lock does not allow travel of the load under the force of its own weight after stopping the feed of oil from the hydroaggregate because of the emergency situation or when pressing the button âStopâ.
