This Disa designed special shot blasting machine. It also can be
applied in the pre-construction treatment of bridge or road cement
concrete pavement of highway bridges, urban overhead viaduct (such
as airport runway), etc..
Shot-blasting means that steel shot or grit is cast towards the
surface of workpieces at high speed and at a certain angle through
the mechanical way. After working on the surface, through the
air-cleaning effect of matched dust collector inside the
equipment, shots and impurities can be recycled respectively,
so that the shot can be used again. The machine is equipped with
dust collector, which can achieve non-dust and non-pollution
construction. It not only can increase efficiency but also protect
the environment.
Through control and selection of the shot’s size and shape, and by
adjustment and setting of the machine’s walking speed, the machine
can control the casting flow of shot, which will achieve different
cast strength so as to get various surface treatment effects.
The material we use is in high grade, for example, the lining guard
board is manganese alloy steel in thickening type, which extends
the durability.
Wearing parts:
turbine head (Blades) is used with special cast iron heat-treated
pieces.
the lining baffle is made with for manganese alloy steel,
thickening type, DSLM**0 is *0mm of thickness, while DSLM**0 is 8
mm thick.
wearing parts can use about ***0 hours:
Theoretical wastage time:
Blades, each can work for about ***0/***0 hours.
each liner, about ****0/****0 hours.
Service life of other wearing parts is dependent on the normal use
and the working environment. Service life is only estimated,
because many uncertain factors will affect the final
results.
