1. Description of welding flux:
HJ**1 is a smelt of high manganese oxide flux with vitreous granule
of reddish brown to light yellow color, size about 8 – *0 mesh. It
is suitable for Submerged ARC welding by AC OR DC with electric
positive. This high manganese oxide flux is good at usability of
welding.
2. Applications: in combination with the welding wire type :
H*8A;H*8MnA, H*0Mn2; the oxide flux is suitable for welding the low
carbon steels and some low alloy steel such as *6Mn and *5MnV in
producing of steel structures, boilers, ships, pressure vessels,
Metal parts and so on. it can also be used in electronic slag
welding.
