Among the Road Construction Equipments offered, the Wet Mixer Plant also known as Soil Stabilizing Plant or Wet Mix Plant is employed for producing homogenous mixture of aggregates, sand, cement and water. This mixture of aggregates, sand, cement and water is layed in base or sub base preparation of rigid or flexible pavements. The aggregates and sand stored in multiple feeder bins discharged by each bin feeder belt in desired proportion to gathering belt. This mixed material is then conveyed by gathering belt to Pug mill mixture where the mixture of aggregates and sand is mixed with water and cement in order to produce the homogenous mixture of all ingredients. The homogenous mixture is further on conveyed to storage silo or trucks for lying at site. All the ingredients of the mix are metered in required proportion prior feeding to the Pug mill mixture. the productivity arranges from *0�**0 t/h, mixer type from SJ**0�***0, it weighting accuracy: aggregate, filler, water, concrete ±1﹪.
