In this series, the newly launched FCS-CAP*6/*8 closure production system uses a **-cavity mold for mineral water bottle caps. The system&#**9;s cycle time has been shortened substantially to 4.5 to 4.8 seconds, breaking the record of 6.1 seconds for this industry. The monthly output for this efficient system is 9 million caps. It comprises of 3 major sub-systems: AD***0 tripe-loop fast cycle injection molding machine, a **-cavity mold, and the patented FS-CB**0 bottle cap-cutting machine.
