Basic Information
Founded in January, ***8, Xinyu Far East Textile Co.,
Ltd. is located in the north of the National Garden City - Xinyu
City, with total assets of RMB**2 million. We have become a private
textile enterprise through restructuring. Our predecessor was
Jiangxi Xinyu Textile Mill, a nationwide famous entity established
in ***9. At present, our company possesses **0,**0 yarn spindles
and *0,**0 thread spindles, and the annual output of yarn has
reached over *0,**0 tons. We are a national sewing gray thread
production base and one of the largest enterprises which produce
pure polyester plied yarns in our country. Furthermore, our company
has independent import and export rights.
Distribution Network
We export products to more than twenty countries and
regions, such as Japan, South Korea, the United States, Southeast
Asia and Europe. In the domestic market, our products are mainly
sold to buyers in the southeast coastal provinces, such as
Guangdong and Fujian. They also sell well in Taiwan area, Hong
Kong, Macao and other regions.
Main products
Core thread: thread on paper cone, two-for-one thread,
skein series, and thread on plastic cone, which are used to
high-speed sewing, leather-making, shoe-making and the chemical
industry. Each kind of product can be customized according to
specific requirements, including standard products from *-count to
**-count double-ply, tri-ply and multi-ply. Of course, excellent
quality: high strength, moderate stretching, low broken ends rate,
even sliver, and no knotting and other features are our
advantages.
Equipment and technical process
Our company especially attaches importance to technical
improvement; moreover, the technology of electric-cleaning and
air-twisting, which has made yarn non-knot successfully, has been
popularized comprehensively to our yarn products. Presently, our
company is equipped with a larger number of advanced spinning
equipment such as cleaning-carding combine machines made in Italy,
Savio auto-cone winding machines made in Italy, as well as
two-for-one twisting frames made in Germany and other global
advanced equipment. The registered trademark of our products, "Far
East", is a famous brand in Jiangxi Province
