is a technical process which include such procedure: firstly
pretreatment on surface of cold rolled plate, and then enters zinc
pot for hot dip galvanizing? after that, implementing skin-passed,
chromaking, oiling etc, as per different use. TET company adopt
American steel union method in term of galvanizing technology.
Galvanized plate is widely used in the field of building, auto-car,
home-appliance, decoration etc.
2. Hot Dip Galvanizing Line
The hot dip galvanizing
line is a method of treatment on surface of steel strip by hot dip
aluminum, zinc, silicon alloy. The strip after plated with
aluminum-zinc- silicon has excellent anti-corrosion performance, it
either has the performance of anti-atmosphere corrosion and heat
resist as well as oxidization resistance of aluminum plate or
galvano-chemistry protection performance of galvanized plate. The
hot dip galvanizing line can produce GI, GF, GL, anti-finger,
sefl-lubrication plate and hot rolled galvanizing plate etc,
different performance plate as per the requirement of
client
