The Computer capillaroscope allows to determine (visualize and parameterize) static and dynamic parameters of the microcirculation, providing visualization and parameterization of finishing processes of biogenesis and metabolism in tissues by the software. It allows to diagnose symptom-free manifestations of a disease, make a forecast, assess therapy efficiency comfortably, without pain, in real time. The device provides the creation and application of medical technology âClinical capillaroscopyâ in cardiology, surgery, ophthalmology, stomatology and so on, and also in preparation for surgeries, including those, conducted in conditions of artificial circulation, during aftercare and rehabilitation treatment. If the device is updated with spectrometer, it allows to measure spectra of substances in capillary blood, interstitium, and also to monitor metabolic processes on micro level: oxygen saturation of hemoglobin, concentration of oxyhemoglobin and so on. The device allows to conduct researches on distance, in remote access mode, monitoring mode, to control researches by the software. The device is ready to be transformed into a robotized system. Technical characteristics. Optical mechanical element of the device has diode (cold) source of light and is equipped with a table, which a test subject is put at. A table can be moved by program means with the help of a system of special drives, controllers, control programs; it can be shifted in directions xyz with different speed.
