Molding rubber (RTV*2) The RTV*2 is a superior molding rubber of good flow ability and low adhesion. With appropriate amount of hardener added, it is able to vulcanize at room temperature and hardens into a flexible silicone rubber mold. The low hardness makes it perfect for highly strong *-D and *-D molds. Appropriate amount of silicone oil can be added to further lower hardness so it can be injected into the mold. Low viscosity and good flow ability, easy for mold making; high precision in mold casting, with shape delicately preserved; high strength and flexibility; high heat resistance and compression; long life; short mold-detaching time that makes processing easy. The above characteristics of the RTV*2 molding rubber make it perfect for duplication of decoration and handicrafts made of polyester, epoxy and PU foam resin.
