Frequent switching converter of transformer load tap changer produces free carbon and various solids, they pollute the load tap changer oil. Meanwhile, the oil absorbs moisture, so that insulation pressure of oil reduces and water content increases, the insulation performance of load tap changer declines, further increases pollution and brings a bad cycle. So in order to solve this problem, we design and produce Load Tap Changer Filtration System.
Load Tap Changer Filtration System(TCF) can works automatically when transformers is running, it has a sensor to check solids and moisture content, when they reach the setting index, the oil filtration system will automatically run and remove solids and water, restore tap-oil dielectric strength and performance, increase the TCF operation safety, reliability, greatly reducing the transformer outage times and improve reliability.
Load Tap Changer Filtration System can completely solve the problem of insulating oil easily decomposed, aging, pollution of free carbon and metal debris, breakdown voltage reducing and dielectric properties deteriorating.
