Process Flow: Produce plastic flat yarn by PP material, then weaving the yarns into woven fabric and laminated with kraft paper or BOPP to have lamination. The lamination is made into center-sealed bags through multi-color flexo printing (gravure printed BOPP no need), kraft liner placing, pin perforation, tubing, gusseting, center-sealing, cutting and sewing & sealing. Types of bags: 1. Kraft paper + Coated Film + Plastic woven fabric lamination (3 in 1) 2.
