INTENDED USE The Penicilin Residue Rapid Test Device is a rapid, one step test for the qualitative detection of Penicilin in tissue samples, include meat, shrimp, fish ***** The whole time of assay is only approx. 5~*0min. 2. SUMMARY Penicilin(PEN), one kind of broad-spectrum antibiotic, is effcetive to treat the infectious disease. It has been widely used in different lines of poltry, cattle, agriculture and beekeeping at present. But Penicilin(CAP) can do harm to human body, it will inhibit the hematopoiesis function of marrow, thereby induce not only the Aplastic Anemia and agranulocytopenia, but also induce disease of human beingsâ�� gastrointesinal tract and affect the nervous system. It has been probibited in most countries, inclduing China. Radioimmunologic or gas chromatographic method is applied for Penicilin residue. Howerver, enzyme immunoassays shows considerable advantages over conventional methods. Radioactive materials are no longer required, and the time is less than the gas chromatographic method.
