Application: This Battery Electrical System Analyser (BESA) is a new way of measuring the Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) of a car battery and it test a wide variety of *2V batteries: Wet (Flooded), VRLA or Maintenance Free (MF), Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF), Absorption Glass Mat (AGM) and GEL cell. In addtion, it tests the car battery electrical system: grounding contact, starter and alternator conditions. This Battery Electrical System Analyzer (BESA) is designed to perform the following tasks: 1. Battery Test: a. Test results on battery conditions : Either Good or Replace b. Battery state of charge: Digital display in Volts. c. Key in actual battery rating (CCA, DIN, EN, IEC, JIS) before test for better accuracy. d. Battery cell resistance measurement : Display in m ohm e. Battery Life Expectancy: Display in percentage (%). 2. Grounding Test : Quick and Easy checking of engine and chassis ground with display of results and recommendations after test. 3. Starter Test: a. Quick and Easy cranking test to determine the battery cranking power and results will be displayed after test. b. From the test results given, you can determine whether the battery has aged, bad connections or starter problems. 4. Alternator Test: a.
