Promi began operations a decade ago processing originally non
metallic minerals.
We now have diversified and expanded our operation to include two
additional business divisions and facilities; a chemical plant for
the production of Silica and a Marketing and Distribution Division
that supplies our clients all other important materials needed in
their production processes, starting with Calcium Carbonate,
Diatomite and natural and synthetic rubber.
We are the only producer in Mexico of Silicon Dioxide and
derivatives.
We market precipitated Silicon Dioxide under our trade name
PROMISIL.
Promisil is presented as a high purity, tasteless, odourless, easy
dispersion, anti-binding agent, white powder used in the food,
cosmetic, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries to improve
product characteristics and benefiting and optimizing the
manufacturing processes.
Promisil is used in the manufacture of dairy products, spices,
condiments, flavourings, seasonings, cocoa, sugars and many other
products.
