WZB SF*1 is a kind of thin wrapped bearing made of tripple layer composites material which consists of a steel backing a sintered bronze particles interlayer and calendered with PTFE and Pb mixture as surface layer. This is of low friction coefficient, antiwear, anti-corrosion and can be used without oil, or only a trace of oil is needed. Moreover, it is lowcost, low vibration and low voice, compact and light, and can form a transfer film of PTFE which protects the mating surfacefrom scorring.
