Drill Rods are sustained by a
chuck of a drill rig. It digs by using a core barrel and a bit at
front. Its major function is to transport the rotation and pressure
of a drilling machine to the bit, as well as delivering drilling
water to the bit. They also cool the bit rapidly and carry
slime.
