STANDARD OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE
Buyer issues LOI
Seller issues Contract and Commercial Invoice
Buyer reviews, makes appropriate changes to both, signs, seals, and
returns to the seller along with a bank pre-advice letter verbiage
given to buyer.
Seller gives all of the above to the refinery and issues the FULL
POP documents for the lift-able portion of the contract, consisting
of SGS Report, Authorization to Dip test and Storage Tank Receipt
Documents. (these documents can take between ***0 working days to
be delivered by the refinery and will only be released to the
buyer, his bank)
After verification of FULL POP Buyer pays for the lift-able product
by MT**3.
Full POP released to the buyer and buyer verifies same and issues
RDLC for the remainder of the contract as per the bank pre-advice
letter and seller issues 2% performance bond.
Delivery commences as per contract.
BUYER RECEIVES BELOW DOCUMENTS AFTER STEP 5 IS COMPLETED.
BUYER PAYS ALL COMMISSIONS TO THOSE WITHIN NCNDA/IMPFA AGREEMENTS
