Transparent double injection mold means the outer layer of product is covered by a t
ransparent material like PMMA or PC.It is popular used for daily life,home application,
electronical player,mobilephone etc industarybacause of its transparent charactor,third
deminsion,high-polish,which give people the feeling of nobleness and comfort.

Transparent double injection mold design standard:

1)Moldbase:LKM,FUTABA,DME,HASCOE
2)Gating:hot runner and pin-point gate
3)Steel:S**6 with HRC ****2
4)Standard parts:POUNCH,DATO,DME,HASCOE
5)Plastic material:PMMA(PC)/ABS(PC ABS)
6)1X1 CAVITY with up-down mold structure.

To get high quality transparent products,below advantage is must,
1)Perfect gating location:because it is trasparent,the gate must be placed at invisible area,
or someplace should be cut awaywith secondary operation.Like PSP housing,touch mouse
housing,and some moblephone housing.
2)High qualified steel is a must,often ultilize the exported steel like German,Japan.
3)The working conditions is more critical for double injection molding.Any small dust or spot will make the product unuseful,
which require the injection machine should be clear also.Usually we do the production in clear molding room,
or we should delete the static dust ultilizing the static-proof machine,then cover a protect film on the top surface.

Since these requirement,the cost of transparent double inejection product is *0% higher than
common double-injection part.So normally the double inejection products is designed for high-value customers.
