1.Cleaning the raw material:This is processed with
siftering,scouring, destoning, separating and so on.
2.Hulling:It adopts rough roller mill so as to get off the hard
skin of corn.
3.Crushing and siftering:there are kinds of machines for crushing,
the most used machines are gear roller crusher, hammer mill, and
sand stone crusher. After crushing, siftering the corn granule of
different sizes with 2mm or 1mm sieve.
The size of the granule can be adjusted according the local
condition.
4.Milling:the corn milling often adopts four process through roller
mill and sifters.
