To use:
For best effects, curl your lashes with an eyelash curler. Begin with upper lashes, apply from the roots and moving wand upwards stretching towards the lash tips. For more dramatic effect, use zig-zag movement when stroking the lashes. Continue with lower lashes with a downward stroke.
