1.Summarization
ZHB**1 Closed-Cup Flash Point Automatic Tester is
used to test the closed-cup flash point of petroleum products. The
instrument has adopted the microcomputer technology, big LCD
monitor, Chinese character menu and storage when power
down. It contains electric ignition and gas ignition two sets
of controlling programs. Clients can choose ignition method
according to the operation environment. The instrument has the
functions such as auto-gasfeed, auto-ignition, display, lock and
print testing result and auto-cooling etc. The instrument has
the features such as high testing accuracy, good repetability,
stability, reliability and easy operation. It can be widely applied
on electricity, petroleum, chemistry, commodity inspection and
science research sectors. It is suitable to the requiremnt of
ASTM D*3 and GB/T*****3.

3.Working
Theory
The instrument is heating according to the
temperature curve stipulated by the method of ASTM D*3 and
GB*****3. For gas ignition, when the sample temperature
approaches the flash point, the microcomputer will control the
air
course system to open the gas valve and ignite
automatically. When the flash
point appears, the instrument will lock, display
and print the testing result. In the meantime, the cooling
system will cool the heater automatically. For electric
ignition, gas supplier and air course will not be
used.
