First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the
elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder. Then the belt
conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for
secondary crush.. The secondary products will be separated into
stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen. The parts not
satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for
further crush..
Big block of stone is evenly conveyed to jaw crusher by vibrating
feeder via silo for primary crushing. After primary crushing, the
stone is sent to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary
crushing. Then the stone is tronsported to vibrating sieve for
screening, thus the stone can be classified into several groups
depending on the size. The stone with a necessary size will be sent
by belt conveyor to the palce where finished product is piled;
otherwise, the stone will be conveyed by belt conveyor to the
impact crusher for another crushing, thus a circular production
process is formed..
