Material: Ranges from NR, NBR, SBR, EPDM, CR, ACM, VITON, HNBR, AFLAS, IIR, silicone and more
Hardness: 8 to *5 shore A, tolerance can be ± 5 shore A, for some special products, we can reach ± 3 shore A tolerance
Color: Black for rubber and various colors for silicone
Machine type: *0 to **0 tons
Molding service: We have our own mold workshop which have *2 sets CNC machine and provide compression, transfer and injection rubber molds
Mold/samples lead-time:
Prototype mold, usually in seven days
Mass production mold, usually in two weeks
Some special molds, can be in *0 days, especially for some automotive rubber molds

Product tolerance: Grade M2, for special parts can be M1
