a. Good plastic chair mold design, mould design is the most
important step for manufacture a good plastic chair mold,
reasonable mould structure, the suitable ejector system, injection
system, cooling system, air venting system, guide system.

chair mold,but because of steel cost,customer use steel P*0 for
chair mold.
c. Choose the best suitable tooling technical, Using big CNC
milling tooling machine and mould press machine.
d. Mould assembling, the chair mold assembling must be very
carefully, check connect of every mould plate; ejector pin,
stripper, eject block or slider should move smooth.
e. Good technichian manual polishing or plus hard chrome plating
keep the chair long time lasting shine.
Good temperature control for Chair mould
Let me introduce chair mould temperature control principle as
follows:
1.The plastic chair mould cooling channel quantities as much as
possible and the channel diameter as big as possible. the distance
between central line of cooling channel and cavity surface is about
****5mm commonly, the distance of cooling channels is **5 times as
cooling channel diameter.the cooling channel diameter is 8mm.
2. The distance between each cooling channel and cavity surface
should be same.the cooling should be add if the plastic part
thickess is not even.
3. The injection gate should be cooling very well.
4.If the cooling channel go through the insert and other connect
mould parts, the important thing is sealing, to avoid any water
leakage.
5. The cooling channel hole do not design to locate in the area
where is the plastic chair Weld Line.
6. The cooling channel diameter according to the everage thickness
of plastic chair,commonly,the cooling channel diameter should less
than *4mm.

insert,All back inserts should be easily changed on the
machine.
