The bimetal PG clamp is used for connection or branching AAC,AAAC or ACSR overhead conductors.It is made of high corrosion resistance aluminium alloy *6.5% purity with parallel grooves with serrated grooves in the clamp. Tap off conductor groove is lined with hot compressed bimetallic sheet on the upper and the lower part of the connector body(molecular compound), contact area between copper and aluminium part sealed with epoxy resin. Bottom part of connector is threaded to provide ease of installation.
