Procedures:
The Seller sends the Pre-Endorsed SPA to the Buyer for Signing.
The Buyer reviews, signs and seals the SPA if there is no amendment
to the SPA and returns. Then PDF copies are issued and lodged with
both Buyer and Seller Banks. (NOTE: Electronically
endorsed and transmitted copies of the signed agreement are deemed
legally binding and valid pending hard copy endorsement
via courier delivery .)
Buyer, via their Bank, issues Proof Of Funds, (POF) via MT**9:
proof of product in form of copy of Sellers contract agreement with
NNPC from confirmation of MT**9
