Dasheng’s
corrosion protection sleeve, for girth weld joints of steel
piplines, consists of an irradiated cross-linked polyolefin backing
with a heat activated adhesive layer. The sleeve is used with or
without a primer, depending on whether it is a 3 layer or a 2 layer
system. The solvent-free, two part epoxy primer offers excellent
bonding to the steel substrate, ensuring superior protection. The
product is suitable for piplines operating up to *0℃
and is compatible with most of the common pipeline coatings like
