hammer’s counterblow system adopts welding framework, adjustable
actinoid wide guide construction, which is especially suitable for
precisionforging. The clearance of guide
rail can accurate to 0.2 mm. The upper and lower
hammertup
relatively move with equal stroke and equal energy in the
frame.
The weight ratio
of upper and lower hammer tup is 1:1, linkage by a set of oil
cylindercoupling in the frame. It
realized counterblow in the midair under the drive of hydraulic
system.

with elastic antivibration pad.
The hydraulic system adopts
advanced taper cone valve control technic, combination cylinder
transmission technology, double anti-leak technic and hydraulic
