v QTJ4~*5C is a new machine based on QTJ4~*6 with European platform vibration, with the most advanced technology of four axis orientation, so it has a stronger stability and anti&wear, guaranteeing bricks with good quality, large density and high strength.

v The under vibrating box adopts the Japanese electronics technology of toothless vibration, and with automatic orientation braking system in place, automatic feeding, automatic push&pull mould and automatic scraper, greatly increasing the productivity and saving the labour, its performance can be comparable to large equipment.

v The unique forcing charge system can make use of various kinds of industrial waster and material such as coal ash, cement, sand, stone, slag and so on. The machine can severs several purposes and produce various specification standard bricks, hollow blocks, porous blocks with different moulds.

QTJ4~*5C (4 stands for the production is 4 blocks "**0×**0×**0mm" per mould, 25 stands for the cycle time is *5 seconds) has the production output of ***0~4**0 blocks (**0×**0×**0mm) or *5~*7 cubic meters for one day (*0 working hours), or ****0~****0 solid bricks (**0×**5×*0mm) in *0 working hours. As the moulds are changeable, it's able to produce different types of blocks/bricks.
