DRYING PRINCIPLE:: Lignite, since it is with high moisture level, high
volatile matter, low heating value and spontaneous combustion
property, shall be a hard nut for its drying. Our company,
according to the characteristics of lignite, has developed new MG
series rotary drying machine in such a manner of applying the
latest technology and process to dry it with constant-temperature
smoke, seal it when feeding, dewater it under high temperature and
seal it again when discharging so as to make the lignite drying be
easily realized, lower the drying cost to the full extent and
increase its economic benefit and market competitiveness
significantly. During the drying process, the lignite may go
through the following working areas successively after entering the
machine: the first shall be the guide area where the high-moisture
lignite may be dried rapidly by means of contacting with
high-temperature wind while moving by shoveling plate after
entering it; then, it comes to the cleaning area where the material
curtain of lignite is formed after lifting by the shoveling plate
and the binding coal may be crushed by its cleaning device as well
so that the heat transfer area and the drying rate both may be
increased; next, it is the area with inclined material-raising
plate where the lignite is in low-moisture and loose state and may
be processed to have the expected moisture content after heat
exchanging so as to be ready to go into the final discharging area;
finally, it is the discharging area where the roller has no
shoveling plate and the materials may roll and slide into the dust
settling bin to realize synchronization of discharging and dust
settlement, and it is the end of the whole drying process.
