Plate Heat Exchanger is a kind of heat transfer equipment with high efficiency and compact structure, being most suitable for heating, cooling, heat recovery and quick sterilizing.
A.    Futures:  
1)     Unique rigid structure is designed in corrugated plate, resulting in withstanding pressure as high as 2.5MPa.
2)     Network configuration of corrugated plate works as flow guiding structure. This enhances heat transfer in flow guiding zone and prevents from foul, blocking & corrosion.
3)     Free adhesive gaskets are used saving time for maintenance
4)      “Heat Combination Technique” of hard plate combined with soft plate is adopted in design, making heat transfer optimizing.
5)      *-corner positioning method is adopted, ensuring seal center is kept in same position. This helps it in safety, reliability and long service life.
6)      Different “heat length” is utilized in same type of equipment, making equipment to match heat transfer process in optimum.
B.     Material of Plates:
1)Stainless Steel series**4,**4L,**0,**6,**6L,**7,**7L,**1,**4L,**4SMO(or AL*6XN) ,**4SMO,LDX***1,AL***3,SAF***4,***5.
2) Titanium & Alloy: Ti, ASTM B**5,Gr.1; Ti-Pd, ASTM B**5, Gr.*1.
3) Nickel & Nickel-base Alloy: Nickel **0/**1, Hastelloy C***6, Hastelloy B2, Monel **0, Inconel **5, Alloy C****0 ,Alloy *9.
4) Copper Alloy: H*8, H***1; B*0, B*0; QSn, HAl, HNi.
C.     Material of Gaskets and Applicable Temperature:
   NBR **0***0℃; EPDM( food grade) **5~ ***0℃; EPDM **0~ ***0℃; Viton 0***0℃; Silicon Rubber **5***0℃; Neoprene **0***0
D.    Parameter Range:
