Heat conduction was maximized as using High powered Aluminum(6N*1)
with specially designed AL Mold.
Temperature difference between left and right side of heater is
kept under 3℃ because dispersion of heating elements are
optimized.
And Heat loss and temperature deviation is minimized because the
machine is made with double structure for insulation.
SUS pipe was used for long life and heat efficiency is good after
long time use.
Long heating chamber makes you fuse at low temperature so it
remarkably lower defects like deformation, decoloration and
different color resulted from high temperature.Pressure is given by
the lower roller lift and the rage is from 0Kg/㎠ to 5Kg/㎠.
Perfect and strong fusing is performed by double pressure roller
system.(1st and 2nd silicon pressure roller)
Fusing is performed under the best condition as controlling
Temperature, Pressure and Speed freely.
Especially, this machine shows excellence performance on the Hot
melt film(Shoes), Felt fusing, lamination of car seat and fabric
shrinking as well as interlining fusing.
