1. Introduction of structure
There are four rotor positions for this eddy
mill that can be put in 3 ~ 4 rotors. Each rotor consists of
fourteen blades and two splints to form fourteen crushing chambers.
After material is sent into the crushing chamber by imported
high-speed distributor, the high-speed revolving rotors can make
air generate countless ultrasonic eddy current and high-frequency
pressure produced by the eddy current, which causes force vibration
to crush material. Material is transferred from the first stage to
the second stage and then the third stage, making nearly *0%
material has the fineness of *0 ~ **0 mesh. If four rotors are
mounted, the fineness of brittle material can reach 2μm, and the
material that is even emplastic or elastic material also can be
processed. In addition, the temperature of material rises very
little during operation, which is quite advantageous for crushing
heat sensitive raw materials of chemical
industry.
2.Process flow
and equipment configuration
Process flow: constant material
is fed to mill evenly through feeder. The removed mixture of
material and air is transmitted into cyclone separator, and the
material is separated from air, then tail gas enters dust collector
for secondary separation to remove air.
In order to improve crushing efficiency, it is
of vital importance to select proper material feeder, separator and
dust collector. Our configuration of vibrating material feeder and
rotary disc material feeder are well applicable. We also produce
auxiliary equipment made of stainless cyclone separator and bag
dust collector for customer’s choice.
The particle size of feeding feed-in material
should be controlled at 2 ~ *0mm generally. If the particle size of
the material that needs to be crushed is beyond the pale of 2 ~
*0mm, additional primary crushing equipment is
recommended.
