The MST Rock L *0 optical glass sorter adopt latest linear array
CCD technology, high-speed FPGA processing control system and
high-speed electromagnetic valve device, special used to classify
the glass according to color, and remove the stone, metal, ceramic
plate and clay mixed in the glass waste, gathering techniques in
respect of optics, machinery, electronics and pneumatics as an
organic whole.
Design features
1. Latest technology in CCD image sensor obtain a high-speed
digitalized image signal processing function.
2. Up-to-date software system and advanced numeric algorithm
applied in the counting and analyzing of spectrum parameter and
figure feature of the image to achieve high-precision of color
image identification;
3. High-speed long-lifespan ejecting unit are used to make low
carryover ratio possible;
4. Multi-chromatic identification input technology, realizes simple
and convenient sorting parameter operation, capable of sorting
various material in the field of visible ray.
5. Belt-type feeding, especially suitable for soft and crispy
material with low broken loss; All-purse sorting for various-shaped
material.
