The raw material for the boards is
natural inorganic ores and cellulose fibers; the final color of the
board tends to be off white. There may be some tolerance in the
color, but this will not affect the mechanical and physical
properties of the board.
The purpose of calcium silicate
board is for indoor partition and ceiling of moisture proof and
fire proof for both civil and industrial application. It can be
used for indoor ceiling or partition system as base board of
decoration for hospitals and laboratories.
【Advantage】
It is durable. More than *0% of the
composition is same as granite, more than *0% same as
marble.
High strength. The lowest strength (in
parallel) is ≥ 9Mpa. While the highest strength (in cross) is ≥
*2Mpa which meets the insulation and transportation requirement of
the civil and industrial building.
Light weight. Its density is from 1.1g/cm3
to 1.3g/cm3; It can be used in new and old buildings.
Outstanding sound insulation
for indoor partition and ceiling even the buildings which has a
strict demand for private.
Incombustible materials. Meeting the
standard of GB ********7 grade A and ISO****2 which is the
guarantee of fire proof.
Good anti-impact. It can be used as the
base board in the shops, hotels, schools, entertainment places and
hospitals.
Inorganic material, it is fire proof, anti
fungus and antiseptic which is good for the health of
user.
It can be used for many kinds of building
because of its capability for anti-chemical corrosive.
【Transportation and storage】
When delivery, the boards should be
piled up in the way of board-to-board, then it is suitable for
overseas transportation, road transportation and indoor
store.
The boards could not be stored
outside or in the store near water. It must be stored in a smooth,
no rain leaking and good ventilated warehouse. It should avoid
moisture before used. Once it was affected with damp, it should be
cleaned up right away and sent it to a well ventilate area for
drying up.
Carried by one man is prohibited.
The boards should be carried by two men with both hands of them and
taking the long edges horizontally or taking the short edges
vertically.
【Cutting】
The board can be cut manually with
common flaky saws or handsaws. If large amount of boards should be
cut at the working site electric circular saws are suggested.
Electric drills or tapers can be
used for circular or rectangular holes as needed on the board
surface. Breezy spot is suggested as the site for cutting.
【Guide of Installation and Application for
Partition】
Generally, Calcium silicate board
which is used for partition is installed in vertical. That is to
say, the length edge should be installed on the C Profile.
The boards are supposed to be
approached naturally when they are jointed and forcible press
should be avoided.
Please pay special attention to the
board near the windows and doors. The space of the boards should
not be horizontal with the profile on frame of doors or windows in
order to avoid the crack while shaking caused by opening or
closing.
The two length edges of each board
are beveled edge. If the partition is higher than ***0mm, the
shorter edge should be jointed horizontally on the spot(the bevel
edges should be about *5mm in width) to make better sealing.
Snapping lines and marking fixed
points for boards, afterwards making a hole in advance(1~2mm in
diameter, slightly bigger than screw head, and 1~2mm in depth). The
fixed point should be *5mm to the corner of the board and the space
between the fixed points should be **0mm~**0mm.
Before the boards are fixed, it
should be holed in advance on both the board and the profile. The
size of the hole should be 1mm smaller than the screw and tapping
screw on diameter. When fixing, please tight the boards and
profile.
【Guide of Profile Installation for Ceiling】
We should draw the installation
guideline to confirm the fixing position according to the draft and
the indoor condition(the distance between the fixing points is
≤***2mm). Fixing the main profile on the bottom of the floor
horizontally with hanging wire and hanger, the central distance
between the main profile is ≤***2mm, while the space between the
end of the profile and the partition should be *0mm.
