1. Heat Resisting Felt Roller

We have two kinds of heat resisting Felt Roller for choice:

1).**0 C temperature resistance, we take **0% Aramid (DuPont Fiber) Heat resistant fiber to produce.

Fiber introduction : Aramid (DuPont Fiber) fiber can resist instant **0 C ,longtime working with high temperature sections material(**0 C ~**0 C ) ,will not melt and  pollute Sections Aluminum as Aramid (DuPont Fiber) Fiber is Thermo settings .

2).Kevlar Felt ,**0C temperature resistant ,*0% Aramid (Dupont Fiber) Fiber blended with *0% carbon fiber to get Kevlar Felt ,carbon fiber is also Thermo Setting material will not melt and pollute sections Aluminum ,Kevlar Felt can resist instant **0C ,long time working in high temperature conditions ( **0 C ~**0C) ,felt will be in weightlessness . *0% carbon fiber will take  calorific conduction and save production cost .

2. Heat Resisting Felt Belt

We have three kinds of heat resisting felt belt for choice :

1).**0 C ~**0 C Felt Belt

2).Nonporous Felt Belt **0 C ~**0 C

3).Regular Surface conglutinate Felt Belt, **0C ~**0 C.

3.Kevlar /P.B.O for much high temperature ,

We have 3*7 type ,P.B.O/Kevlar type

Also 2*8 Type .P.B.O/Kevlar Type .

Applications :

1.      Applided in walking beam ,Felt Roller **0% Aramid (DuPont Fiber) .**0 C . *2mm thickness .

2.      Nonporous felt belt is composed with nonporous scrim and needle punched layer .different tons of extruder will take different belt ,

AA class : 3 layer of Aramid (DuPont Fiber) nonporous scrim ,tensile strength *5N/ mm ,are suitable for ***0tons extruder .

A Class: composed by 1 layer of Kevlar nonporous scrim ,3 layer high strength Polyester scrim .PE layer in the middle can only resist **0 C ,suitable for less then ***0 tons extruder
