Unit Features

Cabinet

The cabinet is made of high leak tightness framework and low thermal resistances panel. The former use aluminum alloy profile and the latter use the overall high-pressure polyurethane foaming technology. The framework has a good corrosion resistance and attractive and durable.

Fan

It is select low noise efficient outer rotor centrifugal fan and passing the dynamic balance adjustment, making sure it smooth operation and having the features of low noise and high total pressure.

Surface Cooler

The main body of surface cooler uses quality seamless red copper tuber and high purity aluminum coil. It goes through advanced mechanical expanding or hydraulic expanding making it connected closed and **8 MPa air leak test. It meets the American API Standard, insuring the superior performance and reliable quality.

Dry Condense Water Drip Plate

It can be worked in severe environment without condensation water by the well-designed condenses water drip plate and super-thick heat insulating material. The tilting installation of plate is good for the water discharge, meanwhile the discharge capacity is more than 5 times when the condense tuber under the partially filled condition.
