Mould Spiral Tube Former PRO FSD**0/***0 is a highly reliable and durable quality machine. With a user friendly interface touch screen control, user is easily to control the strip feeding, forming speed and the tube length. Its forming diameter range is from **0mm to ***0mm which fully covers the normal use of sizes. The cutting system uses flying slitter that the tubes are cut to length quietly without producing hot sparks. Moreover, the flying slitter provides smooth tube ends without deburring. One forming head is required for each diameter. We offer steel forming heads which are more durable and forming more stable than the cast aluminum forming heads.
