PROCEDURE:
1. The Buyer issues ICPO.
2. The Buyer and the Seller will arrange a TTM in Russian
Federation.
3. The Seller shows the product and all related
documents.
4. The Buyer shows his funds.
5. The Seller issues Proforma Invoice (or Commercial Invoice)
to the Buyer.
6. The Buyer transfers the funds by SWIFT MT **3 in favour of
the Seller.
7. The Seller transfers the title of the product in favour of
the Buyer with all needed documents.
8. The Seller takes his money for the product.
NOTE:
1. If needed the Seller and the Buyer can sign a Sale &
Purchase Agreement.
2.The Procedure is negotiable.
