Steel strap quenching and tempering
production line (hereinafter referred to as the production
line) is mainly composed of
heating furnace, isothermal quenching furnace, tempering furnace,
welding machine, trimming machine, before the loop and after the
loop ,uncoiler,
coiler, electronic control system and auxiliary
system.
Due to heating
and cooling in protecting atmosphere, so the surface of steel strip
can be kept light without oxidation and
decarburization.
Full range of equipment using
frequency control, temperature closed-loop adjustment, PLC control,
human-computer screen connected, according to market demand for
flexible adjustment of product varieties and specifications, in
this production line can produce different intensity levels and
different surface state of high-strength steel strip.
Production line
features:
1, the heating method:
Using resistance furnace heating, cover an
area of an area small, high thermal efficiency;
2, the cooling medium: Using a
metal liquid quenching cooling quenching process (lead bismuth
alloy); according to the user's need to produce light without
oxidation, micro-oxidation and the blue surface of high-strength
steel strip;
3, the control mode: computer programming, precise control of
furnace temperature, strip temperature, strip speed, the pressure
and flow of the protect gas , the pressure and flow of the cooling
medium, to ensure that the microstructure and mechanical properties
of the steel strip ;
4,Quenching organization:
According to the requirements of mechanical properties of the final
product to obtain the microstructure of martensite, bainite,
sorbite, through continuous change or isothermal transformation

#, T8A, of T*0A, T*2A, SK4, SK5, SK7, *0CrV, *0Mn, *0Mn2, *0Si2Mn
