Characteristics
1. Fast thawing speed:
Microwave thawing is fulfilled through direct microwave effect on materials. Microwave can penetrate the interior of materials to directly heat the materials up. There is no heat conduction. Therefore, the frozen meat in the continual tunnel type defrosting system can be quickly thawed and the equipment can enhance the production efficiency and greatly save defrosting time. And defrosting time is calculated by the minute instead of by the day.
